Returns

Mattresses - Once mattresses have been unpackaged we cannot accept returns due to hygiene and decontamination reasons.

Faulty or damaged Folding Guest Beds or Mattresses will be replaced with unfaulty or undamaged beds or any damaged parts will be replaced.

Folding Guest Beds or Mattresses can be returned unopened, unused, undamaged and in as new condition and we must be notified within 7 days of the customer receiving the item. Items can be returned under these terms for any reason within the 7 days of receiving the item at the customers own cost and a refund will be given. This does not apply to made to order beds or larger orders.

Made to order beds are non returnable.

Mattresses which are made to order, specially made or made to a non standard or special size at the customers request cannot be returned.

Specially made Replacement mattresses for folding beds or folding sofa beds etc.. cannot be returned if the customer finds that it is not suitable for any reason. We recommend that the customer take great care with selecting the correct length, width and depth.
